My name is Mina, and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor deeply committed to helping individuals find their path to healing and growth. My approach is grounded in the core values of Accessibility, Community, Affirming, and Belonging, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued.

With years of experience and registrations with the Australian Counselling Association and the Psychotherapy and Counsellors Association of Australia.
I offer specialized counselling services for those navigating the challenges of Drug and Alcohol addiction, Neurodiversity, Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar disorders. My practice is a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your feelings, confront your struggles, and embrace your true self.

I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring that my practice is a refuge for those who often feel marginalized. My years of activism and advocacy work reflect my dedication to making the world a more just and equitable place for everyone.

Sessions
Individual support - $100 per hour
Group support - $150 per hour, up to 4 people
Compassion support/emergency - $40, 30 mins
Drug and Alcohol Counselling (AOD)
Comprehensive support for individuals struggling with Drug and Alcohol addiction, or those in a relationship with someone in addiction.
Neurodiversity Counselling
Neurodiversity support focuses on understanding and embracing the unique strengths and challenges of individuals with neurodiverse conditions, promoting self-acceptance and growth.
Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Counselling
Anxiety support is tailored to help individuals manage and overcome common disorders, providing coping strategies, skills for a calmer, more balanced life, and development of self compassion and self love.
Sex Counselling
Sex positive support aims to assist individuals in managing the challlenges of sexual anxiety and shame, fostering stability, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
Group Counselling
Group support provides a supportive space for families/ any relationship to connect and share, promoting mutual understanding in a non biased space.
Compassion/ Crisis Counselling
For those in crisis or experiencing financial hardship.
This is a community service, offering 30 minute therapy sessions for $40.
You will be offered the very next available session, with your choice of phone, text or face to face.
